KeiterBennett Publishers is a 100% family-owned fiction press based in Hartford, CT. Founded in 2014, we began with one goal: to tell the kinds of stories we wished existed when we were younger. A father and his children—writing together, editing together, imagining worlds together. That spirit lives in every book we publish.

From thrilling mysteries to imaginative fantasy and character-driven sci-fi, our stories are rooted in voice, vision, and emotional truth. Every title we release is something we would proudly hand to a reader we care about. Because for us, publishing isn’t a business—it’s a legacy.

We create books that feel personal, immersive, and unforgettable. From the first sentence to the final design, we obsess over the small things: the right dialogue beat, the perfect chapter cliffhanger, the cover that makes you lean in.

Our creative hub—affectionately called “The Brain Dump Room”—is where outlines are scribbled on walls, plot twists are debated over snacks, and ideas bounce from kid to parent and back again.

Based in Hartford but writing for the world, we believe imagination knows no borders. If you read under blankets, argue about fictional characters, or stay up all night finishing “just one more chapter”—you’re in the right place.
